What's involved in a stairlift survey?

When a surveyor visits you they will spend roughly 1 hour from start to finish. They will start by asking you a set of questions to ensure that they can offer a solution that suits you. Once this is done they will measure your stairlift along with the surrounding environment in your home to determine the best solution for you, your needs and your staircase.

They will then provide you with your no obligation quotation on site and you can make your decision in your own time.

More about our stairlifts:

Our stairlifts are designed to fit onto the staircase rather than the wall meaning there is no messy and disruptive structural work required to fit a stairlift into your home.

We can, when available, complete installation of your stairlift within a few days of your approval. This includes more complicated stairlifts – not just straight forward ones. If your enquiry is urgent – let us know – we can often fast track your stairlift to keep you independent for longer.

After the installation of your stairlift, an engineer conducts a comprehensive testing procedure to ensure its flawless operation. Each component undergoes meticulous checks to guarantee optimal performance. You will then be showed, step-by-step, how to use your new stairlift – ensuring you can remain independent in your home.

Having a stairlift installed will help you lead a more independent lifestyle – you’ll are able to go from floor to floor in the home you love. Our stairlifts come with 5 safety sensors, a seatbelt and diagnostics indicator as standard! There are many optional extras available to make your life easier such as powered swivel and powered hinge – both of which enable us to offer more bespoke solutions to you.
